This confirmation includes all pertinent information, such as the booking reference, flight number, and departure and arrival times.

4.2 Airline tickets must always be used sequentially, and all legs of a voyage must be completed. If the traveler fails to complete any leg of the journey, the airline will cancel the balance of the trip and no refund will be granted.

4.3 Tickets with separate booking numbers are always treated as separate trips. In the event of timetable changes, delays, or cancelled flights, usaglobalfares.com assumes no responsibility for missed connections or inability to give refunds for individual tickets.

5. Flight Times

All flight times are given in local time. The timetable indicates next-day arrivals with "+1." The flight times listed are provisional and subject to change at any time. As a result, the traveler must keep up with any changes to the flight itinerary. Please keep in mind that a flight classified as "direct" in your flight will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times on your flight ticket are given by the respective airlines and are simply estimates. They are subject to change as a result of air traffic control constraints, weather circumstances, operational/maintenance requirements, and the requirement for passengers to check in on time. We are unable to make special arrangements for you if you are delayed; these matters are entirely at the discretion of the airline in question.

6. Special Requests and Medical Issues

Please notify us of any particular requirements at the time of booking. Although we will make every effort to forward any such requests to the appropriate provider, we regret that we cannot promise that any request will be met. 7.2 Combination of single tickets (one-way combination)

When making specific bookings, we mix two or more one-way prices on different airlines or on the same airline to receive unique fares. Even if the stages are booked at the same time, they are treated separately. This means that in the event of cancellations, changes, traffic disruptions such as strikes, and timetable changes, each part of your travel is handled separately. The rules of each airline will apply.

7.3 Force Majeure

Please keep in mind that usaglobalfares.com is not liable for any journeys that are canceled due to civil unrest, industrial disputes (including flight traffic control conflicts), natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or other unexpected or unforeseeable situations beyond our or the airline's control. The traveler is also responsible for ensuring that he or she has a visa for the ultimate destination as well as any visas required for countries through which you may only be transiting. The passenger is individually liable for any fees incurred as a result of issues with these procedures. It is critical for the passenger to ensure that his or her passport, entrance visa, and transit visa fulfill the standards of both the destination country and the airline. For travel to specific countries, special provisions for the purchase of return tickets apply.

9. Infants

Children between the ages of 0 and 2 will travel as infants and will not have their own seats. If the infant turns two before the trip's end, a kid ticket must be purchased for the full journey. Infant tickets cannot be purchased prior to birth since the right name and date of birth must match those on the passport. usaglobalfares.com will not repay any expenditures incurred as a result of booking the incorrect type of ticket.

11.1 Connection time on stopovers

The airlines determine the time required for connections during stopovers. If a flight segment is delayed due to a transit booking, the airlines must assist the traveler in reaching their final destination. When booking separate tickets, the airlines accept no responsibility for delays that result in missing connections. As a result, it is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that the connecting time is sufficient according to the airlines and airports. Any additional charges paid as a result of this will not be reimbursed by usaglobalfares.com.

11.2 Lost/damaged luggage

usaglobalfares.com is not responsible for missing or damaged luggage. Any issues must be immediately reported to the airline representative at the airport.

11.3 Premium Economy, Business, First Class

This service is only available at the time of booking. Depending on the airline, the service may only be available on certain segments of the route. The on-board service provided by each airline will differ. Please visit each airline's website for further details. usaglobalfares.com is not liable if an airline changes the type of aircraft or overbooked a cabin class, which may result in changes to the range of offered services or a downgrading. Any concerns must consequently be sent to the appropriate airline.

12. Changing the Timetable

Airlines may change their schedules or cancel flights at any time. usaglobalfares.com has no control over such changes. The passenger is completely responsible for confirming the departure and return flight timings directly with the carriers. Any cancellation notification received by phone must be confirmed in writing or via e-mail within 24 hours by the person who made the original booking. Cancellation will take effect on the day we are notified, provided that we receive written confirmation within 24 hours of the original notification.

13.2.2 Air tickets returned for a refund are subject to a $75 administration fee per ticket, regardless of the number of tickets returned. You will be charged a per-ticket cancellation fee imposed by the airline or consolidator in accordance with their terms and conditions.

13.2.3 Any non-refundable ticket for which a tax refund application is made by us at your request and on your behalf will be subject to an administration fee. If the recoverable tax components of your ticket are less than the administration charge, the ticket is considered entirely non-refundable. If you desire to change your arrangements after you have placed your reservation, we will try our best to accommodate the adjustment. Any changes must be requested in writing by the person who made the reservation. usaglobalfares.com complies with airline ticket restrictions, which are often stringent. 16.4 Alterations by Us

We are unlikely to have to change your travel plans, but we reserve the right to do so at any moment. We organize your vacation plans months in advance, working with independent suppliers such as airlines and hotels over whom we have no direct influence. The majority of these adjustments are small, and we will notify you or your travel agent as quickly as possible. If we make a significant change, we will try to notify you or your travel agent as quickly as possible. A significant change is defined as a change in accommodation to a lower category and/or price, a change in flight time of more than 12 hours, a change in the US departure airport (other than New York airports), or a significant change in the resort region. We shall not be obligated to provide any compensation if we are obliged to cancel or change your vacation as a result of extraordinary or unanticipated circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been prevented even with all reasonable caution. The terminology used, such as deluxe, luxury suites, and so on, is the same as that used by the hotel in question. The accommodation that the Company utilizes is not owned, managed, or controlled by the Company. It is possible that the reserved accommodation will not be available. If we have to cancel your vacation, we will provide you with the following options: - alternative travel arrangements of equivalent or very closely similar standard. If the US Foreign Office specifically advises against traveling to a specific location, the Company will follow that recommendation and cancel vacations. The sum you paid for the vacation will be repaid, but no additional compensation will be provided. If the holiday is canceled because the number of people who agreed to take it is less than the minimum number required and you are informed of the cancellation in writing within the time frame specified in the package description, no compensation is given. While every attempt is made to conduct a tour as stated, adjustments to the lodging, routing, or order of an itinerary may be necessary on occasion.

17. Insurance

It is strongly advised that you purchase enough travel insurance for your vacation. You can either use our travel insurance or obtain it on your own. Cancellation fees, unexpected vacation curtailment, medical and repatriation expenses (including air ambulance), personal accident, delay loss or damage to your personal items must all be covered by your insurance policy. When arranging insurance from a source other than us, you must provide us with written details of the policy and sign a release form on behalf of yourself and all members of your party, absolving us and our overseas agents/representatives of any liability for any costs that may arise that would otherwise be covered by the insurance claim.
